Label Spotlight: Brake Fast Records

Formed in 2005, Brake Fast Records has been home to some of the dopest and diverse sounds in Baltimore since its inception. Making their mark in Maryland, Brake Fast has fostered the growth of some of the area’s best talent and kept true hip-hop culture alive in the city. In addition to staking claim to some of the best emcees and producers in the area, Brake Fast has also thrown countless successful events including a 4 category biannual battle, appropriately named “Speaker Boxin”. Additionally, Brake Fast has promoted and hosted a vast array of artists from Freeway to John Robinson to headline their shows.
